Franke Deliveries.
Schedule: Standard delivery time for most products is 2-4 working days. We will notify you of the expected delivery date. If you require time specific delivery please notify us and we will do our best to meet your requirements. All deliveries are subject to availability of stock.
Cost: We have a standard delivery charge of £15.00 per order. Fragile goods such as Fragranite and Ceramic Sinks will be charged £25.00 per order as these goods come securely packaged on palleted frames to minimise any risk of damage. If you require delivery outside UK mainland or for any reason we feel your order will exceed our standard rates, we reserve the right to charge more and you will be notified of the increased cost before any goods are delivered.
Quality Control: Strict quality control procedures take place at every stage of inward and outward delivery minimising the risk of any potentially faulty goods being received. Goods should always be checked before signing upon delivery. If any goods are received in unsatisfactory condition this should be reported immediately. If goods are not checked and signed for this is the responsibility of the customer.
Free Delivery: If you are ordering a Kitchen Worktop from us, we can deliver your order Free of Charge either when we template or install your worksurfaces.
